Bug 151

Again, just updating the same bug I submitted with videos and a log. It essentially makes menus stutter and skip: when changing lobby visibility, it stutters the answers and closes the dropdown instantly, so I have to try and spam click it to get anything other than private. When choosing godtiers, if i try to go left or right it just endlessly goes through all of them, you'll see in the video. When building, i can only access the ground floor, or very top floor. If i press up arrow or down arrow, it will go to very top and ground respectively, skipping every floor in between. also by top, i meant first gate top floor, not top of the house. It makes building impossible since i can only place on the ground floor, unless someone has a VERY tall house.
