We're unsure what causes it, but sometimes me ans my friends cannot pick anything up in build mode. he can place things down and revise floors, but he cant move and recycle anything on the floor, and he cant make new rooms with regular revise. It fixes itself when we restart the game, but it's pretty annoying to have to restart the session every time.
