For the all of the skirts and some shorts (but not all shorts for some reason), the footwear closest to the player will be in front of the clothing, despite the footwear logically being beneath the character. This issue is seen both in the character customizer and in-session. Also, none of the pants appear to be affected. Also still, the footwear away from the player will be layered under the skirt or short correctly.

Some shorts aren't affected by this error for some reason. All pants are also unaffected.
