The code for the Ushanka hat is incorrect. It should appear after the Sibling Sunblocker ("dabrohat"), but it's code is put in as "UshankaH". According to TPGToolchain, the correct code is "ushankaH", with a lowercase "u". The end result is that the hat does not appear in-game.
