Whenever I pick up the Shovel of Hope item from dungeon chests, my game will completely break.  My character will permanently face one direction (top left), picking up an item duplicates it.  I am unable to use abilities or attack but everything else in the GUI and menu is available for use.  I am still able to take damage.  Leaving and reloading the session does not fix it.  To reproduce the bug, get Shovel of Hope from a dungeon chest and it will break.

Turns out this is because the sprite name ends in _2, which confuses the game.
