When I create a house, there are things when I get stuck in the walls or in the doorway, which is why I am thrown into a completely gray space without the ability to build and save the finished house. Because of which everything is lost. (sorry for bad language)

my playerlog of this happening to me

I got this too, I think I managed to get stuck in a doorway and send myself to the dark grey void, unable to use the menu, build mode, or anything. I tried doing /home but that didnt get me anywhere. 
I believe I managed to wedge myself in a wall and a doorway and got sent off like that. I haven't been able to replicate that though, so I'm sadly not completely sure.
