I was messing around with the house creator and tried to make a second story for the house. Whenever my character would walk up the stairs I placed the camera would be positioned outside of the house and staring directly into a wall so I could not see anything my character was doing.

Hmm... this is a weird rendering issue... There's 3 screenshots on the GitLab for this: https://gitlab.com/thegenesisproject/thegenesisproject/-/issues/194 . @MBM Have we fixed this already?
