Please note that this happened in the open beta. The following fusion chain causes the game to disconnect from the host in singleplayer:

smart iron || lighter jacket = electronic lighter jacket
Attempting to then && fuse the punched smart iron card (the one that turns into the electronic lighter jacket) with a warfan of zillywumst = connection lost in single player
Reconnecting works, but attempting the fusion again loses connection again.

I did verify my files after the glitch happened the first time. There was 1 file that could not be verified, so I tried the glitch again after that file was reacquired. I did everything the same and got the same result, hence the 2 logs hopefully attached to this glitch report.

I should also probably mention that the game lagged horribly during the || fusion and when the electronic lighter jacket was created. It might have something to do with the electronic tag making items grey.
