I was in a 6 person session and I had just entered the first portal to my planet from the medium and that went fine.  I then found an interactable structure (i think it was meant for fast travel) and it brought up the map.  from that map i navigated to one of my friend's planet and clicked on a teleport location on their planet (which they hadn't started exploring yet since they just entered the medium) and then i was teleported into what looked like the middle of the ocean. I couldn't see my character because of the water but I could see the particle effects from swinging my weapon.  I could tell that I wasn't moving but I could attack and jump. I was softlocked and we had to ditch the session.
